Our whole body is composed of cells. To be healthy, you must look after them.

What do our cells need?

28 amino acids, 15 minerals, 12 vitamins, 7 enzymes, 3 fatty acids.

Step one: Drink water. Our body is 70% water. Water should be natural, free of micro-organisms and full on nutrients. Natural water should be drunk on empty stomach 30 minutes before meals and 2 hours after. On average we should drink 1.5-3 litres of water a day, depending on your weight.

Step two: We need to clean our cells from bacteria, viruses, parasites, toxins and waste. 8 out of 10 children suffer from parasites. 95% of people in Europe suffer from all these things. Very often behind illnesses like eczema, bronchial asthma, liver illness, joint problems, eye illness etc. hide some parasitic invasion which is the reason for these illnesses.
Twice a year we need to do a detox program. After detox programs we will feel immediate relief in our whole body, with new energy, and many of the symptoms will disappear. Our weight will reduce and our digestive system will work perfectly.

Step three: We need to protect our cells. Every day we eat food and drinks with chemicals, experience a stressful life, use synthetic medicine, and suffer radiation from TV, mobile phones and computers. We eat a lot of food but we are not necessarily giving enough nutrients to our cells, because a great deal of food has “empty calories”, a lot of vegetables and fruit grow on bad soil, chemically processed, with a high concentration of carbohydrates, fat and salt. This leads to obesity and has a toxic effect to our body, decreasing stamina and leading to infections.
